A customer Support Agreement (CSA) is an agreement between us (Ries Engineering) & our customer for basic support services and equipment management with the main aim of Reducing machine down time, and Lowering customers ´ cost of production. It is a formal statement of our commitment to one another (Dealer & Customer).

Ries Engineering S. Co. (RESCO)is one of the pioneering and leading dealer organizations in Ethiopia started its operation in 1961 as an engineering department at one of its sister companies of Paul Ries & Sons (Ethiopia) Ltd. and  became an independent company in its present premises in 1965 G.C.

RESCO has been representing Caterpillar since it started operation in 1961 supporting the development of the country in Construction, Mining, Power and Agriculture sectors.

RESCO is a share company, with NEFC FZE as its major share holder and it is organized in a manner suited to best serve its customers.

The head office of RESCO is situated in the southern outskirts of Addis Ababa, the capital city of Ethiopia. It is set-up on a total area of 28,000 m2 and houses all essential facilities established to fully support its customers. The company has also four branches in key locations of the country – Bahir Dar, Dire Dawa, Hawassa and Mekele to facilitate the support it gives to its customers.
The company is also carrying out studies to open additional branches in other regional centers.
